  Starbucks inside Krogers and Targets can be a hit or miss thing. Some of them have awesome Starbucks while others are just the pits. This one seems to be one of the good ones. Well trained baristas, good quality drinks and displays. (Sometimes I feel like the
  
  I want to say that they got a bit of a make over because the place looks nice and new but I'm not 100% sure on it.
  
  I got my usual drink and it was great. No problems. No burnt or bitter coffee taste.....thanks guys....will be back next time I'm in the area.

  This starbucks really has had a big turn around in the last year! New staff is fast, friendly, and attentive. I make it one of my daily morning stops because it's never super slammed like everywhere else in the area.

  Horrendous.
  
  This Starbucks is inside the Kroger located at 227 Sandy Springs Place NE, just off of Sandy Springs Circle and Hammond Drive. This Kroger is pretty awful, but the Starbucks is perhaps even worse.
  
  The employees have the most pathetic work ethic I've ever seen. I've only stopped by here to get a drink twice. The first time, I had a gift card given to me by my boss, so I thought I'd swing by for a Vivanno smoothie. The girl behind the counter was on her cell phone when I approached, and completely ignored me as I stood ready to place my order. After standing there for a few minutes this way, she finally had the decency to end her personal call just as I was about to walk away. When I told her what I wanted, I had to repeat myself 4-5 times as she muttered "Whuh?" in response each time and then finally, "Oh, you wan' a smoothie!?" She then turned around and stared up at the menu in open-mouthed astonishment, as if she had no idea they even offered anything of the sort. She kept asking me if I indeed wanted a smoothie. My patience was running out very quickly. I asked her if she was new (and thus did not know how to make the drink), and she told me she wasn't. What the hell!? She then proceeded to take her sweet time preparing my drink. It took her about 10 minutes to do so. During this time, she asked me if I wanted cream (it was a smoothie, not coffee, I reminded her!), and what size cup it was supposed to be served in. Geez!!! When I finally got my smoothie, it was mostly chocolate syrup. She hadn't even added the banana as far as I could tell. What a joke.
  
  Today I went back hoping to have a better experience since I was in the store anyway. My experience was almost exactly the same as before, only it took twice as long this time, and the two girls were too busy messing with their false eyelashes and weaves to properly make my drink (which was incorrectly made, again). There was a couple in line in front of me, and they had to keep reminding the girls what they'd ordered (they were too busy chatting and gossiping with one another to pay attention to customers) and it took them about 15 minutes to get the two coffees. They were just as frustrated as me.
  
  Ridiculous. Never again.
